Where your King James says Lord, the Hebrew says יהוה.

The 1611 translators replaced the name with Lord in small capitals almost everywhere it appears. This edition puts it back. Flip the switch and watch.

The LordJehovah is my shepherd; I shall not want.
Psalm 23:1
The name of the LordJehovah is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.
Proverbs 18:10
I am the LordJehovah: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another.
Isaiah 42:8
And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LordJehovah shall be delivered.
Joel 2:32

The King James Version kept the name in only four verses: Exodus 6:3, Psalm 83:18, Isaiah 12:2 and Isaiah 26:4. Everywhere else it reads Lord or God.

A concordance of every restoration

All 7,023 places are listed in order, each with a short excerpt of the verse. It's a study tool, and it's also a striking thing to page through.

Seeing the full count in one place shows how often the Scriptures use the name, and how much went missing when it was removed.
